Who Am I

  • Dr. Nathan Thompson originally hails from the Yorkville area and graduated from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois with a degree in Sports Medicine in 1999. While in college, Dr. Thompson discovered his calling to be a chiropractor. After he suffered numerous athletic injuries and became tired of surgery and medication, Dr. Thompson experienced a miracle with his heath through chiropractic. After college, Dr. Thompson attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating with highest honors in 2003. During his chiropractic training, Dr. Thompson had the opportunity to travel abroad to Vietnam and serve thousands of people with chiropractic care. Since 2004, Dr. Thompson has served Yorkville and the surrounding communities with the most advanced care in spinal correction and lifestyle coaching. His passion is to see families achieve the highest level of health and vitality possible. A TITANIC Tragedy
 
Perhaps the greatest tragedy of the Titanic was the fact that a massive amount of lives could have been saved if it were only for one thing:

Ø      When the Titanic was sinking, it sent off eight rockets as a distress signal. The Californian, a nearby ship, saw the rockets but didn’t think they were important.
 
Ø      Although the Titanic had received several warnings of icebergs from other ships, the captain decided to continue the ship at top speed
 
Ø      Most of the lifeboats that were launched were half empty. This was because the crew could not persuade many of the passengers that the Titanic was actually sinking
 
Ø      As the people in the half-empty lifeboats watched the Titanic sink, some of the survivors pleaded to go back to rescue more people. A majority, however, were moved to merely save their own lives and keep going. As a result, most of the lifeboats rowed away half-empty while hundreds of fathers, mothers, and their children drown.
